About Us
Our law firm was founded by Dr. Enikő Szabó, attorney-at-law and insurance law specialist.
Since 2009, we have operated as an independent law office in Budapest’s District I, specialising in civil and commercial law.
Our mission is to resolve our clients’ legal issues clearly, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard, always tailoring our strategy to each client’s individual goals.
Our core areas of practice are civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on civil litigation, tort and compensation law, and insurance law.
We also regularly handle debt collection matters (settlement, payment order, litigation, liquidation, enforcement), real estate law cases (disputes related to sales, construction, and TSZSZ proceedings, as well as lease and neighbour lawissues, possession protection, and adverse possession), along with employment and contract law disputes (drafting and countersigning contracts, representation in and out of court).
In every case, we assess the possibility of an out-of-court settlement and recommend litigation only when it is in your best interest.
We maintain transparent communication, providing clear information about timelines and costs in advance.

From Déli Railway Station: a short and pleasant walk in the direction of Móricz Zsigmond Square.
By tram: take tram line 56 towards Móricz Zsigmond Square, and get off at Mikó Street or Krisztina Square.
– From Széll Kálmán Square, take tram line 56 towards Móricz Zsigmond Square, and get off at Mikó Street or Krisztina Square.
–From the Buda districts: take trams 59 or 61, or buses 139 or 21/21A to Déli Railway Station, then continue on foot or take tram line 56.
By bus:
– From Széll Kálmán Square: take bus line 5 towards Ferenciek Square, and get off at Mikó Street or Alagút Streetstop.
